APEX ANIMA

Apex Anima is my musical solo project. The debut album Elf F O was released in 2023 and won the Kraumur Music award as well as being elected album of the year in the category of electronic music Icelandic newspaper Morgunblaðið. Apex Anima was also nominated in the “Artists to watch” category of the Grapevine Music awards.

APEX ANIMA & FRZNTE

Apex Anima and dancer FRZNTE teamed up in 2021 to do a commissioned show for Pop Kultur Festival in Berlin. Since then we have been developing our highly energetic audio-visual show, mixing live music, pole dance, visuals and lazers. Apex Anima plays music from her new award-winning album Elf F O, where experimental pop meets with various genres of electronica. FRZNTE combines pole dancing with tech noir aesthetics, creating a dream-like experience that celebrates the human body and elevates female empowerment. Together they merge the astral with the physical, the platonic with the erotic and the static with the acrobatic, offering a powerful and immersive experience for their audience.
